After spending more than 20 years in varied industries, exploring, dissecting and improving the way with which people communicate and understand each other, I have developed a very personal approach in coaching leadership and communications that provide the tools and skills to my clients to improve the quality of their relationships.
With COVID deeply disrupting many lives, I decided to shift gears and use my gifts to serve an audience very dear to my heart: families. I founded Parent Lead Coaching, helping parents to better communicate with their teenagers and deepen their relationships. And most of all, coaching parents so they become the leader their teenager needs!
